What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us. That is the request form on this site — your name, phone number, optional email address, the city or ZIP of the property, the type of damage, how urgent it is, your preferred contact method, and any description you add — and anything you send us by text message or phone.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank details, social security numbers, or policy documents through this website.

How the form works

The request form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which forwards the submission to us by email. Your details pass through their systems in the course of that delivery and are subject to their handling practices as well as ours. There is no customer database behind this website and no account for you to create.

What we use it for

To respond to you, understand the damage, scope the appropriate restoration response, and follow up about the work. Where a job involves one of our partner companies, we share what that partner needs to do the work — typically your name, contact details, the property location, and what happened.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your details to unrelated companies for their own marketing.

Text messages

Texting HELP to 817-945-7946 starts a conversation with a restoration specialist. We use the number you text from to reply and to follow up about your request. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us.

Cookies and analytics

This site is a static website. As built, it does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party analytics or tracking pixels, and does not build an advertising profile of you. If that changes, this page will change with it before the tracking goes live.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include information like IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. That is ordinary infrastructure logging, not marketing data.

Retention

We keep request and job correspondence for as long as we need it to service the request, meet record-keeping obligations, and handle any follow-up questions or claims arising from the work.

Your choices

Children
