Terms of Use
Last updated July 29, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Weatherford Restoration Heroes website. Using the site means you accept them.
How work is performed
Depending on the job and the team available, some or all of the work may be performed by our carefully selected, licensed and insured partner companies.
Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that Weatherford Restoration Heroes holds any particular licence, certification, registration, or endorsement. Where work requires a licensed trade, that work is performed by appropriately licensed professionals.
Mold work in Texas
Mold assessment and mold remediation in Texas are regulated under Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1958 and licensed through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Where a project reaches the regulated threshold — an affected area of 25 contiguous square feet or more — a licensed Mold Assessment Consultant writes the remediation protocol and a separate licensed Mold Remediation Contractor performs the work. Regulated mold work referenced on this site is performed by TDLR-licensed professionals.
Insurance
We are not public insurance adjusters and we do not negotiate, adjust, or settle insurance claims on your behalf. Public insurance adjusting in Texas is separately licensed under the Texas Insurance Code. We can document damage, provide scopes and moisture records, and explain what we observed. Decisions about your policy and your claim are between you and your insurer.
Information on this site
The guides, service pages, and area pages here are general information about property damage and restoration in North Texas. They are not legal, insurance, engineering, medical, or professional remediation advice, and they cannot account for the specifics of your property. Statutory details are summarized for readability and can change — verify against the primary source where a legal or insurance question actually matters to your situation.
Where we cite events, figures, or regulations, we link the source so you can check it. If you find something here that is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Emergencies
This website is not an emergency service. If there is an active fire, a gas leak, a downed power line, a structural collapse risk, or any immediate danger to a person, call 911 or your utility. Submitting a form or sending a text does not summon emergency services.
Response times
We aim to respond to emergency contacts quickly at any hour, and we do not guarantee a specific response or arrival time. During regional events — a hard freeze, a countywide hail storm — demand across the whole Metroplex spikes at once and every provider's availability is affected. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a number we cannot control.
Estimates and scope
Any figures discussed before an inspection are general ranges, not quotes. Actual scope and price depend on what moisture readings, inspection, and the extent of affected material show. Written scopes and agreements govern the work itself; nothing on this website is an offer or a contract.
Third-party links
We link to outside sources such as state agencies and industry bodies for verification. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law,Weatherford Restoration Heroes is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information published here, as distinct from services we are actually engaged to provide under a written agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
